Free Site Inspection

On-site consultation to discuss construction options, your requirements and build at any site-specific conditions. We would perform a comprehensive audit covering what is required, access points, set-backs, observe for potential asbestos etc.

STEP 2

Designing Your Home

It is important to tell us your needs and interests, your lifestyle choices and what style home you have in mind to recommend a draftsman or architect that we think is most experienced to fulfil your needs. We then work as a team to give you the very best in design, or you bring your own plans.

STEP 3

Tendering Process

We would prepare a budget estimate for you with site works and all other inclusions.

STEP 4

Tender Acceptance

Discuss changes and additions to the project and get your approval to proceed with works.

STEP 5

Signing of Contract

A contract would be prepared for you to sign to be legally binding. Signing the contract would include all contract terms including all terms and conditions. Our team would develop and propose a time line for the project and arrange a start time.

STEP 6

Pre-Commencement Stage

Before the commencement of construction, we will introduce you to your dedicated site manager.

STEP 7

The team at Bravura work to strict building timelines and provide regular updates and communication throughout the entire construction process. We ensure that all of our quality standards are meet and that the workmanship complies to our exacting requirements.

All our tradesmen and subcontractors work to strict code of conduct that’s tailored to ensure they treat your property as home.

STEP 8

Handover

When all works are completed, there will be a ‘walkthrough inspection’ of your home ensuring that you are happy with all aspects of your home and we have met your needs. We would also arrange for all third-party inspections to be carried out.

STEP 9

Our Ongoing Commitment

We stand by the quality of our homes and the high standard of our workmanship. Your home is covered by a 3-month maintenance period and backed by a 6-year structural warranty..
